M, Telephone No.2468538, In july I got broadband connection, till date I suffered nearly 10 times I contact your dept. becasue of May be MODUM Technical problems, in modum the DSL and Internet lights not gloring not properly all of sudden while using the system showing error"Page cannot be display" and disappear the line in modum. Also In August Bill shows BBUSGCHG of Rs.1189/- in one Month, I donot know how it comes becasue of above problems I had not used regularly. kindly clarify. Expecting earlier reply.
