With very bright thinking & looking as a well known, very co-operative, & advanced policy unit, I purchased / become a member of LIC for plan 165/20 (actually policy taken for my wife Mrs. Jyoti Vikas Abnave, policy number: 956760534). We have filled the form for direct payment through ICICI bank on per month basis payment. The Policy commissioned date is 21st July. Till date two installations were supposed to be gone through direct payment for August & September month, but nothing happened. Now you people will ask to pay combine payment for three months which will become difficult for me. The monthly scheme I have selected for adjusting my balance sheet, but I think you people are not in position to allow me to use this facility.
My agent Mr. Gaikwad already contacted to direct pay desk thrice, but he also didn’t get proper response.
Can I expect any help from your side? If not, sorry for disturbing you & let the way of working be continue like this.
