Phone Hacked

Since last few days I feel that my BSNL Phone is being used by someone else.

1. Sometimes I get a single ring on the phone - when I pick up the phone I can hear people talking.

2. Sometimes when I pick up the phone I can hear the Broadband connection being dialled.

3. I dialled into the phone using my mobile - no one picks up my phone at my home but money gets deducted from my mobile.
