I have been struggling to get decent support for the DSL connection from BSNL in Bangalore but with no luck (one of the complaints is 22090176). It's been 2 weeks now since I lost the connectivity. I call the support number every day. When the technician comes on line he asks me the standard questions and then puts me on hold. They never come back after that most likely. If they come back, they have no solution. More often than not they tell me there's a temporary problem in the area I live in without making any attempts to troubleshoot.
Is there any way I can actually goto the call center and give them a piece of my mind? If not atleast give them coaching on customer support like what they do at Pizza hut!!!
