Bill not recieved by due date

This is a great problem faced by me and others that the landline/broadband bill is either not delivered or delivered much later than the last date of payment. So we have to pay the late fee along with the bill. Mostly, they temporarily disconnect the service due to non payment of bill. Kindly look into the matter.
