May I presume that I had bought the above said wrong and spurious product which has been marketed in the name of NOKIA, confirmed by the NOKIA CARE? If the Nokia is not in a possession to handle the defected product that it has sold, it is being requested to withdraw the CARE support. Please confirm
your faulty product or withdraw NOKIA CARE warranty support in the interest of fair business.
If you do not respond properly I will presume that these are the marketing policies and I would take up the matter with CONSUMER FORUM at your risk, cost and responsibility.
