I am a customer of BSNL, Srinagar (J&K). My complents are as follows
Frequent SMS for ring tone, Chat Gazal etc which i do not like.
Do not get mobile bill in time resulting in disconnect of mobile service due to non payment of bill.
Roming charges when i do not on roaming
Poor connectivity in Shalimar area of Srinagar
Detailled billing is not being provided on my email address.
Phone no written in the bill (01912477500) for further clearification is always out of order.
