My No 01722586488 is out of service since Feb. for non payment,
I have lodged a complaint of excess billing, on 23 Jan. in which I have requested for correction, for which I was told that only action will be possible after three months, I visited the same office (sec 5, Panchkula) I got a reply that nothing has happened yet, and I visited after some day's, But nothing was done to settle my issue.
Than I was suggested to contact higher authorities for which I refused, Because i feel ur dept. itself is not interested in settling the issues of consumers. I hope now some thing will happen now.
Pl look into it urgently,
or send me mail ID of some one who can do settle my issue
As i may shift to some other place. from my present address
I feel one should not go for BSNL connections as no one hears you
