With no respect I want to bring this to notice that your services are extremely poor & miserable.
You people are blot in the name of government.
Nobody picks up the fucking phones, nobody replies on letters, no helpline replies, customer care agents who know nothing about BSNL or broadband.
You are a complete failure.
Even though, let me ask you through this mail, is there any way I can change my BSNL broadband login password. I have tried your expiring poor technology generated web pages which could never change passwords. The don't even open saying page cannot be displayed.
I will escalate this issue to communication ministry If i don't get reply on this.
