Dear Sir,
My land line telephone 2722979 having broad band connection was out of order since mid of September. Even after complaining number of times and several personal visits to the concerned officers it remained out of order but some or how it has been re-activated today after one & half month. Sir, for the month of September I have recieved my telephone bill for Rs. 372.00. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and get me the revised bill issued as per rules for the month of September as well as for the running month of October.
