Irritating and shameless reply from BSNL

I lodge a complain to bsnl on 29.05.08 about my lower broadband speed. On 03.06.08 at 01.44 pm they replied the following&- wrote:

Your query: My average download speed is found only 24kbps instead of 2 Mbps. I have lodged written complaint in local bsnl office and talk to everybody except honourable minister in charge over telephone to solve the problem, but nothing is done at bsnl end..

Answer to your query: your complaint number 03326373 is not correct. please complain again with correct number.

Your query: To day at 5-37 pm my broadband speed is found 7.80 kbpsinstead of2Mbps. Though several complaints have been lodged in last one month but no action has been taken by BSNL, which is not desirable. I am requesting again to solve my problem..

It appears that the fact of complain lodged on 29.05.08 was denied on03.06.08at01.44pm and accepted onthe same day at 01.45pm. My question is as 29.05.08 was earlier date than03.06.08 at01.44 pm, then for which purpose they send the said e.mail that the complain was not properly lodged?

I think that it is an example for their non efficiency in every sphere and non caring attitude to the customer.
