I understand that every time the bill shows the amount due and the current bill charges. This way the bill should show the latest billing details (dues as on billing date current charges) and the amount is paid in cash accordingly at KPHB BSNL centre. Even then the phone 9441482699 is disconnected on 31st May. When enquired the authorities show some outstanding dues intermediate bills etc. To my understanding, the BSNL CELLONE authorities are unable to update their database regarding bills paid and dues even when computerisation is in full swing. It appears there is a flaw somewhere regarding updation of bills. Concerned authorities are requested to look in to this matter immediately and activate the my phone 9441482699 immediately as they have already put me in to inconvienience and also seriously look in to the software regarding updation of amount paid and the latest bill should always show the dues current charges on billing date and that amount when paid should not lead to any disconnection. Also BSNL should not expect the customer to store all the receipts since it's not possible. In otherwords BSNL should have a reliable latest database at any given time.
