I am Anto from kerala. I bought a Rs 55 bsnl cellone topup card on 5-09, i tried to recharge the card but i got a error message that was network is busy please try later. After some time i again tried this time i got a message your voucher is pending. I made call to customer care and they informed me that bsnl server was down pleas try it after 11 pm..once again i tried but no use i got the same message ..then on next day i again contact with customer care they told me that they reset the card please try after 6 hrs.after 6 hrs i tried this time i got error message THIS VOUCHER IS PENDING... i again & again contact with bsnl customer care executives but they have only one answer they will reset the card soon and please try after 6 or 24 hrs..i made 4 complaints there ..the complaint numbers are KL-0709095679 (2 times on this number), KL-0909098385, KL-1409097273..the complaint final status is problem is resolved..but i ddnt get the amount on my accoount..i contacted with customer care offices in my district they are Palai & Kottayam..Pala office staff dosnt know how to deal with this..and kottayam office staff told me to wait for 1 week..i already wasted double of Rs 55 in the form of travelling expenses for contact with customer care offices & i lost very much of my precious time by arguing with customer care executive..please made favourable action...
