I have a bsnl prepaid connection in kerala.my number is 9495188653. i had deactivated bsnl tunes 1 month ago. But even after the deactivation they have been taking the money from my account for the renewal of the bsnl tunes.i called the customer care and they are always saying excuses.i already lost more than Rs. 40/-.I don't know what to do now. They are robbing my money.
