I have been the Chennai BSNL B-fone customer for the past 8 years and CellOne cutomer for the last 4 years. For the last 3 months, the mobile lines are so pathetic. call gets disconnect in the middle, not able to make call (even to the own network) etc. The necessary complaints are made and initial action has been taken. After that one officer called that they are investigating the issue and will get back to me within a month. It has been over 3 months and still the issue is not resolved. Still the line gets disconnect in the middle of the call, they will charge for the not connected the calls; some time I will get a IVR saying that the number I called doesn't exist (interestingly the number I called just few seconds back) and in the next few attempts the line will connect.)
BSNL claims that they are the best network and they are coming up with latest technologies, but they are not able to resolve the basic needs of the customer. I have complained to all level. Still no response.
