Sir,

I am a prepaid cellphone customer of BSNL, Hyderabad no.is 9440238748.

Earlier it was postpaid, now I requested BSNL, migration to prepaid on 06/09/08. I was deposited Rs.- at the time of postpaid connection & the same was informed me that, while disconnect of postpaid line it will be back to me within 40 days. Till now I have not yet received my deposite amount after contacting BSNL officers.
