Not activating on-line top-up prepaid cell amount

on 24.06.09 i booked online for prepaid top- up of Rs.110/- from City Union Bank to bsnl.

the details follows.

though the amount is cleared from my bank account, the amount is not been top-up in my phone.

when called, they make me wait for hours and days together.on 25th they have logded the complaint

at 9 AM the complaint no: ch2506093692.they told me to wait 24hrs to get the top-up.after waiting so, all my efforts are in vain.i am sick and unable to go outdoor.i am not able to make any emergency calls even to my doctor.i called them more than 15 times .i want the top-up immediately and compensation for making a patient wait this way.
