Horrible customer care executive

I am Sancharan Roy having BSNL postpaid number 9433093357... I contacted one of the BSNL's customer care executive named Mr. Manibhusan karmakar on 28th april.. He is having very poor communication skill and very bad attitude also. He acted so busy like he is some MD of some big company. He used bad words and he didnot listen properly my problem also. He should understand the customer's problem properly.
