WRONG COMMITMENT AT THE TIME OF SELLING

DEAR ALL,

I HAD PURCHASED A DATA CARD FROM THE GMTD OFFICE IN DEHRADUN, ON 31/09

AS DISCUSSED WITH MR.SEMWAL (SDE) I OPTED FOR A PLAN WHICH GAVE ME

UNLIMITED MINUTES TO SURF AND DOWNLOAD... AS PER MR.SEMWAL THE DATACARD WOULD

COST ME FOR Rs.4192/- AS A ONE TIME PAYMENT AND A MONTHLY RENT OF RS.650/-...

FURTHER I PAID THE Rs.4192/- IN CASH AND TOOK THE RECIPT & DATACAD/EVDO INSTRUMENT... WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THE ACTIVATION OF THE SAME HE COMMITED THAT THE CARD WOULDGET ACTVE WITHIN... 3 DAYS... ON THE THIRD DAY OF PURCHASE I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE SDE... WHO TOLD ME THAT THE INTERNET SERVICES WOULD ONLY GET ACTIVE IF I PAY A MONTHLY RENTAL OF Rs.999/- TAXES... AND IF I WANT ANY CLARIFICATION FOR THE SAME I AM REQUIRED TO VISIT THE MARKETING OFFICE..

I VISITED Mr. SEMWALS OFFICE ON 4/11... WHERE HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO DECIDED TO MEET Mr. IFTEKAR ALI WHO FURTHER DIRECTED ME TO THE AGM (COMMERCIAL)... I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM TO THE STAFF AND ASKED THEM FOR A SOLUTION BUT THEY HAD NO ANSWERAS PER THEM THE TARRIF PLAN HAD CHANGED ON 1/11 AND I WOULD HAVE TO USE MY CONNECTION UNDER THE NEW TARRIFF PLAN... I HAVE FURTHER BEEN DIRECTED TO THE PATEL NAGAR OFFICE OF BSNL TO LOOK FOR A JUSTIFIED REASON FOR MISCOMMITMENT AT THE TIME OF SELLING I DONOT REALLY WANT TO GET MORE FRUSTRATED TO USE AN INTERNET CONNECTION EVEN AFTER SPENDING

Rs.4192/- WHICH IS NOT REFUNDABLE AS PER BSNL STAFF
