I am getting ERROR 691 msg while login. At the time of lodging complain to broadband my profile shows " THE LINE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT". However presently I have no dues with BSNL. I have repetedly informed this matter to AOTR ranikuthi exchange. They told me that all the needful they have already done, but 1 week elapsed the line has not been activated. I am calling AOTR Ranikuthi exc on a regular basis. However after making 30 calls they pick up the phone and telling me the same story.
