I have a dataone montly 250 rental plan. Recently i got a bill for internet usage of 6000 rs and previosuly of RS 2000 . I tried to check my usage on dataone website but the website sucks. Everytime I try to click on Check Account Usage the message appears Internet Explorer cannot open page. Went to BSNL office and they say check ur account usage online. on the bsnl website it mentions that download upload per month is 1 GB and additional will be charge 0.90 paise per MB . This means that my download uplaod for this month is around 50GB that is next to impossible. Because i just use internet for checking emails and using yahoo messenger for chat. Sometimes to check share prices online. Thats it. Many times in previous month the broadband connection use to get disconnected.

I read some of the forums online while searching on google and found that many of other customers have also been charge around in the range of 2000 RS to 4000 RS for same 256 monthly Plan. I will like to look from this website that there may be other people who may be facing the same problem. But the service from BSNL is so ridiculous that people those who r busy in day to day life get frustated from such kind of services.

From last two months I am frustated from BSNL service. When I go to the BSNL office they say check it online when I try to call the toll free number they dont give proper answer.
