Snl offers broadband connection with the option to make annual payment. according to which broadband can be used for one year. i made annual payment of rs 5000 other charges totalling 7500. i was using broadband and no charge was collected for 5 months and after which iwas charged a monthly rental of Rs 500. when i went to the costomer care office asked for it they said it was a mistake and you write a letter stating the problem to the accounts officer and i did so. one month has passed by and still no action has been taken.
