broadband connection is on phoneno - 07759-225579

plan activated - Rs 500/month

phone & broadband connection both are for domestic purpose.

According to the plan total usage free is 1.5GB, bsnl offered free diwali bonus usage of 1.5GB [1.5GB 1.5GB=3GB free usage for the month of november]. My monthly usage for nov is 1860MB or 1.86GB. According to offer of diwali bonus I should be charged for minimum usage & our bill should be RS 500/- service tax but I m billed for RS 759/- service tax.kindly correct the bill & amount over paid may please be adjusted in future bills
