Delay Of Broad Band Connection

Hi All,

I am living in seethamadhara, visakhapatnam. i have applied BSNL Dataone Broadband 1month back, also i am using bsnl land line, at the time of my application they told me that the connection would be given in 3 days, i go and ask every week but they are telling some reason. i don't know why are they working like this. i think if we can put some dead bodies they will do that work..
