My telephone number is 080-25347170. I recently got my telephone shifted. Though the broadband has been activated, I am getting user name and password: incorrect. On 192.168.1.1 page, under WAN it shows Authentication Failure. The password has been reset as per the call centre people but it is still not working.
My docket number is 0632 but no body has attended to the problem.
