I am having BSNL broad band connection for last one year. Right from the first month it keeps on disconnecting. Many times it does not connect at all. I have complained almost 100 times on telephone. They just ignore my complaints. Sometimes after a complaint the connection works for a day or two and again the same problem starts. They always give some explanations that the cable has become bad, there is fault in the line etc. I don't know what to do? Weather I should file a case in the consumer court?
