Very very slow speed

I brought an evdo 3 months ago and reguraly complaing about the speed not going above 45-125 kbps in cubbonpet area which is the one of the highest buissnes place in bangalore and the officers are not even bothered about the complaints wether it is oral or handwritten my evdo no is 20197472 .kindly do something about it .i brought the same because bsnl was publishing they had gone 3d and to my surprise they are pulling a fast one on the public. another same old organisation as goes
