Server is too slow

i have bsnl ev-do data card internet service i have purchased this product before last 4 month..

this internet server is too slow since last 2 weeks. i have lot of official, bussiness n others works but i can not do it. i get hurmful problem 4m the server, i will not do any work properly when the server is same problem... i paid every month the monthly rental worth RS: 827.00 but will not get fast server why?

you should be give us fast server. the monthly rental is too costly so server will get faster...

i request u to kindly solve the problem too earlier by hook or by crook...

hope you will give us too faster sevrer then i will do my every work completly
