We have an account in post office about 35 year. And after some year of opening account they take our pass book for same official activity and they told "recieve your pass book after 15 days". But after 15days, our pass book not recieve and they told to wrote application to post master. We wrote that application 3 times in 13 years. But no solution found in that manner. So, we decide to meet Manager of Harda post office. Manager told us to close the account (but we don't want to close it). And he said "Mujhe koi fark nahi padta, aap account khulvaye ya band karvaye". He was really rude person, manager should be polite. Government says "Post office ko badava do". And manager is just oppose the government. And all employees leave their sites before lunch time came after lunch time.
Finally, we closed account.
