About the message after a call showing cost of last call and remaining balance

Sir,

my phone (09410088191) is not show a message after call which displays the information about cost of last call and remaining balance.i have contect to the customer care where a customer support officer

told me to turn on the "Credit info display" option on my mobile but it was already on on the other hand i have use my other phone no. of BSNL (9411008456) in same phone, it is showing that message with cost and remaining balance after that customer support officer gave me complent no.- B226567620 and told me that the responce will be ginen to you within 24hrs. but today about after 5 days there is no responce. So please check this problem.
