Sir/madam,
I want to inform you to regular misbehaviour of the BSNLcustomer care executives with the customers.
But it was the crossing limit when i called customer care office on 26th november at 10:53PM about my problem regarding GPRS.My call was transmitted to the Team leader (or whomsoever) who misbehaved with me by talking rudely. when i asked him of his name his words were "ENGLISH BOLNE SE KUCH HO THODI HI JAAEGA YA HO JAAYEGA" and finally he disconnected my line saying the words 'BSNL me call karne ke liye dhanyavad.'
I want you (to whomsoever it may concern) to take real hard action against this because this sort of behaviour from leaders may lead to the detortion of the image of company.and customers would also loose faith in company policies and services.
AND also i want my problem to be tackled as soon as possible by connecting me to your technical customer care department.
