I had taken a connection of BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SUMO PACK on 20th dec 08 from bangalore jhalahalli branch. My mobile no is 9481034654. From that day not a SINGLE STD CALL IS COMING from BSNL Network. For that i had given a complain on 21th dec and complaint no is 181380. Every day customer care people says that this is my site problem and it will rectifie within 24 hours. and some time they says that your problem was rectified but still now not a single STD call is coming from BSNL network
