Dear Sir,
I am your regular bsnl excel prepaid user since years. few days before i recharged my mobile
(91 9430246225) with Rs 230 to access internet. since then I m calling customer care executive
for Gprs setting and net activation and every time they are just saying "we are sending it in 10 minutes".
I am very unhappy and dsappointed with ur service and customer care.
Probably I shall be movng to consumer court if i don't get satisfactory result in consequitive days.
