Dear Sir/Madam

From 13th Nov I am wanting to make a call on this following numbers at Jharkhand (09471309547, 09471101598) from any BSNL mobile, but every time IVRS is saying "The numbers are invalids" but calls are coming from this numbers. I have also lodged a complaint at Customar Care on 15/11.
