I have booked new broadband connection on 25-Jul at Vasantha communications (P) Ltd (temporary stall) in Nanganallur. They collected security deposit money Rs. 500 and informed me that I will get the order form number in two days and connection in 4 working days. But after 4 days nothing has happened. I am contacting the franchisee from 31-Jul onwards but I am unable to get the details regarding the actual status of the new connection. I have called the following numbers but everyone attending the calls asked me to contact the other telephone numbers without informing me the actual status. Samples of some contact numbers.

Everyday I am getting status like that I will get the connection in two days.
Please look into this complaint and get me the exact status.
