Sir, My landline phone no 120-2635923 is not working for the last 15 days. A complaint was logged on 198 with no 0n 29-08 and then I personally visited Rajinder Nagar sahibabad exchange on 29 Aug and 5-09 and requested SDP Sh. Irshad Ahmed. a email was also sent in this regard on 3-09 but still my phone is not working. I am facing a great problem and not able to work on interenet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
