With ref to the above my mobile motorolo w270 nos Is 9448755656 wherin my gprs was been activated 2month before, but we are unable to access on the same. setting which had been sent by customer care were have been saved. still i am not able to access i am getting a msg saying as " error " network down why is this happening? i am keeping touch with customer care but no one is ready to help one the same. i have spoken atleast 6 nos of customer care personell of no use they always cut the line it is so surprising on such a service.
