Changement of Exist phone into New CDMA

I have applied for changement of my existing phone (No. 01242264470) into new CDMA Phone Number. The request has been submitted in Commercial Office Sec 12 Gurgaon. The order of the changement has been issued by the concerned office and issue me new number 0124226. But it is not yet to be activated by the outdoor Staff and did not issued the new phone set.
