Not returning my ear phone

Sir

i purchase my sony ericsson w200i walkman phone at 5 april

at 28 may its head phone doesn, t work i went to my nearest service center of bharatpur

i gave my ear phone to them they told me that it will come in 15 days after repair from jaipur.

after that i contact to them at 25 june then they said my ear phone courier dont get dispatch.

iy will come in 5 days .then i went there on 5 july. they said my headphone parcel got dispatch and it will come tommorow evening .then i reach there on 10 july. they told me that the courier van got accident they told me to come after 5 days .then they said that the courier get misplaced.

and they are not givingany correct information to me.
