I am one of the customers of BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION HOMEPLAN provided by BSNL nad have been using this since 2006 september. Unfortunately our modem (Dataone smartex MT882) has got damaged on march 20th accordingly i contacted our nearest customer service of BSNL also commercial office ernakulam-cochin on 19th April we applied for a new modem and already paid Rs 1248/- in the commercial office ernakulam (refer bill/DN No: 23750/19-04 /KY0033352)

I regret to inform you that, no actions have been taken yet though i paid full amount in advance they neither replaced nor returned the money. For last one month my net connection is out of order and the loss due to that is too much.
