Failed deadlines for insatlling broadband connection

BSNL is a name that we trust. However, our trust and faith, as it seems, is going down the drains. I have applied for a broadband internet connection dated 19th November. I was assured of installation within 15 days, an official protocol. However, I am writing this complaint on the 22nd January which is well beyond the given period of time and I have not received the connection as yet.

So do we really consider that BSNL is doing its best to break its official protocols and unnecessarily harassing its consumers or do we keep blaming the regular hartals that the management has to fight? It is disgraceful that Calcutta Telephones is doing so much to shoo its consumers off. Initially I used to suggest BSNL services to all my business partners and subordinates along with my friends and association, but today I realise I have made a mistake by not suggesting other service providers.

I am well aware that this complaint would go down the garbage dump (as it happens in most cases), yet I am trying my level best to voice my concern as I want to save future applicants from needless harassment.
