Regd Parcel delivered without goods

Sir/Madam,

I had sent a parcel containing 3-woolen garments & weight was 1646 gms.

DETAILS:

Acknowledgement Details No: RP B 2478 on 02/01

Transaction Office: VASHI under NEW MUMBAI DO

Destination Office: MALKAULI-NARAIPUR under WEST CHAMPARAN DO

The parcel was delivered on 9-JAN-09. But the packet was tempered and two garments (cost Rs1500 1400) had been removed when it was opened by the receiver. The most surprising fact is that the parcel so well packed again after tempering that no body can identify/think for.

A letter was also removed from the packet.

Please look into the matter and revert.
