REGARDING TOP UP RECHARGE

Dear Sir,

With ref. to above mentioned subject, I would like to bring to your notice the following fact.

On 20/11 (Friday) at 7:46 pm I recharged the top up worth Rs. 280 on my mobile 9420966552. The top up was made by the retailer mobile No. 9420995695. Immediately after I received the message with reference No. 20828359. But I did get no talk time. The retailer has promised me to regain my talk time. But until now I did not receive any talk time.

The retailer has placed a complaint and received a docket No. 3438600.

I would like to mention you that no remarkable action has been taken until now.

This negligence has caused me great inconvenience

hopeful about proper response.
