Negligance in transferring landline/braodband connection

This is the second time I am facing problem from BSNL Bangalore in shifting the landline from one home to another in the same BSNL region.

When I shifted my home from 5th Phase to 1st Phase JP Nagar, they to more than 3 months for transferring the connection. This was also successful as I was running to Jayanagar 5th and 7th block (Yediyoor) offices everyday leaving all my daily work.

This is the most irrsponsible public service I have ever heard in my life.

Now that I have shifted my house within same premises in 1st phase and even after 2 weeks of applying for transfer, the old connection is not even disconnected allowing its mis-use.

And everytime they promise the transfer will happen in 7 to 10days.. So nice to hear!!!

Can someone higher authority look into as why JP nagar BSNL office works in suich worst condition in providing public service?
