Deposit money has not been returned after surrendering Telephone

Dear Sir,

I was a consumer (Consumer No. 2100235450) of BSNL Telephone (Tel. No. 0251-2603485). resident of Plot No.6, Wimco Housing Society, Talwadi, B Cabin Road, Ambernath (E). I have applied for the closure of my telephone connection on 18.07.2008 after paying my last outdtanding bill (Bill No. 1106577251, Exchange - KNSI) of Rs.863.00. I have surrendered my telephone instrument on 24.07.2008 at TM (Stores) BSNL, Ambernath (E). But till date the deposit money have not been refunded to me. I don't know what is the reason behind it. I have enquired at Kansai Exchange, Ambernath where the closure of connection had been applied & instrument surrendered. But they could not give me the reason for delay. Please do the needful to get me back the deposit money.
