BSNL Landline Complaints - phone is dead
Dear Sir,
My phone connection number is 04692651385 . 70 % of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 8 ro 10 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle.
Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service
