My landline no. is 27502155.bsnl refused to give me a landline and i was directed to a franchaisee, swami smarth . this concern is having DID, a technical term. they have a PBX like thing and all the residents of the society are given landline connection . when i wanted a braodband, i was directed to BSNL. i got the broadband. which works sometime.many of the days, the landline is not working. 10 days back, the landline was not working, but broadband was working. after protracted follow-up, the landline started working, but broadband failed.the franchisee expresses their inability to solve the problem. they are expecting mr.kudal from chinchwad exchange. i met mr.jadhav at chinchwad exchange. he also promised to rectify things. the present status is broadband is not working for the last ten days.landline too failed today.
