Extremely bad service for both

I have recently moved from UK to live in India. We have had BSNL land line and broadband internet services installed in our home. Frankly I am dicussed with the service the company had provided us.

We live in a Village Nizar, which is in the surat district, the nearest BSNL offices that cover the service to us is Bardoli. During the last 2 months we have had no internet or land line phone service for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable to us. You as a company are responsible to provide us with a good service. You will send us a phone bill to pay at the end of the month and expect us to pay the bill in full. Just to let you know that I as a customer of BSNL will take this matter further, as I am very displeased with your service. Coming a country like UK where we do not have to put up with such a low standard of service I will not tollerate this type of service.

Also I must mention that the other customers using BSNL in our village have the same feelings for your service conduct.

This type of service does not, by any means match your so called good Television advert, that you as company provide good after service. To me this is a form of bad representation and false advertising.
