Complaint: Not functioning. Complained the matter to BSNL Authorities many times but they do not respond on it. Myself Achuthan Nair and my wife alone staying in my house and I am a Senior Citizen. The one and only way to contact out to me and me to out is the above Phone. So kindly do the needful
