Telephone dead since 02-02-09

Sir,

My landline phone :080 28533825 is dead since from 02-02 and the complaint has been logged with the firm on 02-02-07. The complaint is not attended till today. The frequent follow ups with concerned Divisional Enginner do not fruitful and most ofthe times no one is available to attend when i tried to contact Area manager and General Manager.

I hope atleast now the authorized people do needful for rectifying telecommunication line.
